This policy explains the limited information collected through the SPIFIT website, how it is used and how you can exercise your choices.

When you submit a quotation, sample or contact request, we collect the contact name, company name, work email, country or destination market, buyer type, selected product, quantity, target date and the project details you choose to provide. We also keep limited security records, such as hashed network and browser signals, to prevent abuse. We do not receive or store files shown in the local attachment preview.

We use this information only to save, review and respond to your B2B inquiry, qualify the requested project and continue the related commercial conversation. We do not sell inquiry information. We do not currently send it to an external CRM, advertising platform or marketing-email service.

Inquiry records are stored on the SPIFIT website server hosted by Tencent Cloud in Singapore. Access is limited to the website operator and authorized administrators who need the information to handle inquiries or maintain the service. Administrative access is not exposed through the public website.

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from submission and then deleted unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. Protected operational backups are retained for up to 30 days, after which they are removed through the backup rotation process.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information by emailing Shao@sinocleangroup.com. Please use the same work email that appeared in the inquiry so we can verify the request before changing or releasing any record. You may also stop a business follow-up at any time.

We use transport encryption, restricted administrative access, request validation, rate limiting and protected storage to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If external analytics, CRM, email delivery or file upload is introduced later, this policy and the relevant consent flow will be reviewed before those services are enabled.
